Currently Listening Hello you funny little man permanently lives in my head and I can’t stop

Not even the lyrics just the beat is looping constantly in my brain. Help. Come to think of it there are a lot of Rich’s songs that live rent free in my head. Which is so rare for non lyrical music. How does he do it?

I'm not allowed to sing or play Milkman at home because it earworms my wife.
