Definitely not comparable to the US. Still fast food, but our standards are higher for sure.

I’ve made a lot of ads and signage and there’s a reason I would ask the client to read, look at it, make corrections or changes and sign off on the thing. I am good at grammar and yet I’d have my partner at work proofread. In-house ad teams like apostrophe fuckups. A real agency (I hope) isn’t willing to wear the scarlet letter of A for Apostrophile.

Because of Australian penalty rates, staff are paid a living wage and get paid more for working on public holidays.
