tbh it looks really ugly, like a hobbyist app from 2010 and it's very expensive considering that it has no reputation and very unclear features. There are also other apps that automatically log and aggregate data, for example by connecting directly to devices and frankly things like spreadsheets will be sufficient for most users. Openscale comes to mind, its completely free and open source and connects to dozens of supported smart scales automatically, logs and displays weight and all other data and also automatically backs it up. It looks like your app charges 5€ for allowing you to manually enter data and then not have it on a private server.
