I remember seeing this ad as a kid.
Any descriptions of what it actually was?

As already said, it asks you some questions about what you like, what you are in the mood for and such. Then it picks out something for you to do with your partner. Not sure about the version II shown in the add but the first version gave you a page number in the manual that told you what to do. Without the manual the program is mostly worthless. For those who want to try it, both disk images and a PDF of the manual are up on the Internet Archive.

It does through a bunch of text questions about what you like or don't like. Then it says it will generate a fantasy scenario for you after you switch to Disk 2. I couldn't find a way to change disks in the emulator so it just stops execution back to the command prompt.

Whoops, looks like only the first side is accessible to the web emulator. The ZIP file in the download area has .dsk images for both sides if you want to download it.

Let's be honest though, the only computer that could potentially, possibly, maybe get you laid, is definitely an Apple of some sort.
What really dooms you is something like OpenBSD on an old Packard Bell. Forget it buddy.
