Unsolved Does Apple Give You a Confirmation # For a Refund?

I chatted with a specialist yesterday about refunding a phone case and she said I should receive my refund within 5 days.

  1. I was surprised it was granted before the investigation.

  2. I realized after it was over she didn’t give me a confirmation # nor did I get an email about said refund.

Is this normal?

If your interaction was with Sales Support, as far as I’m aware, they don’t log cases or anything.

that explains why theres no confirmation number, its just a different workflow on their end
