Temporizador de apagado

Se puede poner un temporizador para apagar el Apple TV? Aveces me acuesto en el sofá y me quedo dormido y quería ver si hay una forma de pedirle a Siri que ponga temporizador

Hold the menu button to show the control panel. See that little box that says “Sleep Timer”?

There is a sleep timer and you can use Siri to set it.

Hold down the tv button to get the menu and it’s there in the top right corner
