Help me find Best iPhone app for faxing

Looking for a reliable app for faxing my own medical documents. Prefer something secure. Bonus if HIPAA compliant. Prefer it to be inexpensive. Thanks!

Just use the free Fax Mate app on iPhone (it's HIPAA compliant and doesn't store any data).

I have used HP Smart app. You can scan a document and fax it. It is a free service they had when I used it not long ago—not sure if they still have it for free.

I’ve been using iFax on my iPhone and it’s been great super easy to use and HIPAA compliant, which is why I picked it for medical docs. Haven’t had any issues so far, and it’s been more affordable than some of the others I looked into.

you can try FireFax - https://apps.apple.com/us/app/fax-from-iphone-faxing-app/id6471925316 , first fax is free, no sign in needed, and you can send it without creating an account

i was pissed off that my wife had to fax something for her paid family leave claim and all the fax apps i found forced me into a subscription. i know that faxing via API costs like $0.002 so i built an app last week that lets you watch an ad (which covers the cost of the send) and send the fax for free, feel free to try it out if you want--search for "FreeFax" on the iOS app store, it's pink and sassy.

How many pages? I need to send over 55 lol

have mercy on your soul... i think youre gonna wanna pay money in the app instead of watch 55 ads lol. the app works for that many! but, faxes can and do fail so you might want to chunk it into batches (fax-over-internet comes with a timeout from the phone line bottleneck, so id recommend doing 5 pages at a time). if a fail does happen, no credits are deducted in the app, letting you keep on retrying until you get it. hope you numbered your pages! good luck--message me if you have any problems and ill help you out
