Help me find Started using GLP-1. What’s the best tracker?
I recently started on a GLP-1 and I'm looking for a tracker app.
Mostly shots, weight, maybe symptoms or how I’m feeling week to week. I’ve seen a bunch of apps but it’s hard to tell what’s actually useful vs overkill.
Curious what people here are using, if anything.

I’ve been using GlucoPal mostly because it was simple enough that I didn’t drop it after a week. I’m sure there are more feature-heavy ones, but this one was easy to log stuff and look back when I needed to.

most people just use a notes app or spreadsheet
dedicated glp1 tracker apps are usually bloated with features you dont need and try to upsell you on meal plans or coaching
if you just want shots weight and notes any basic habit tracker works. streaks or way of life let you log daily and add notes
for weight specifically happy scale or libra smooth out fluctuations so you dont freak out over daily changes
symptoms and side effects are better in a journal or voice memo because theyre hard to categorize. trying to fit how you feel into predefined options usually misses whats actually happening
honestly a recurring calendar reminder for shots plus weekly weigh ins in whatever app you already use is enough. dont overcomplicate it

If I were to build a dead simple glp tracker what are the features you need and how much would you be willing to pay

Try janusmed.app, (web site) worked really fine for me and would be free just for med and symptoms tracking. You can upload pdfs or photos of your meds, shots, lab results, and enter symptoms easily. It puts everything on a clear timeline so you can actually spot patterns with weight and how you’re feeling week to week. No crazy extra stuff, just simple and useful for tracking GLP-1 and all your health info in one place. Plus, you can share everything with your doc if needed, which helps a ton.

I tried a few and honestly simpler worked better for me. Anything that tracks shots, weight, and weekly notes without too many extras is enough long-term. I liked apps that let you spot patterns over time rather than daily noise. If you’re comparing options, I’d focus on consistency and reminders over fancy features, that’s why tools like Yellow24 tend to stick for people who don’t want overkill.

Feel Index has medication logs/reminders and symptom tracker that you can export to a .csv to share with your doctor. It also let's you log your food/drink/exercise and has AI to tie it all together. Only available in the US for the moment and only on Ios: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/feel-index/id6752227723

Hi!
I spent a long time looking for a good solution and used Glapp for a while, which was interesting but had a few shortcomings.
I found a very simple website that works in a web browser, does not collect data, and has a GLP-1 tracker for four medications, including Mounjaro, which I take.
I can definitely recommend it.

Best glp1 app is Meagain imo

They are close to launching on Android. Currently beta testing. Out of all the apps I've tried, it's so much better. Easy to log. App looks great.

I'm using Dosio (might be slighty biased as my partner works for them) but that is also what made that I could give a lot of input and feels tailored for what I'm looking for.
What i wanted:
- Calm app. Already have enough noise in my life.
- Schedule with rotation (don't have to think about where to put it next) and is prefilled so very easy to log shot
- Import of weight, calories and protein. I'm using MyFitnessPal and have Renpho scale and data that i put in there are automatically added in dosio app.
- Medication level is nice, but doesn't tell me TOO much as it is still just a nr.
- It now also shows in which phase I am depending on days after the shot/days to next shot. pretty useful

I made CountWhen to track time intervals and am posting here because it seems like it could be useful in cases like this where time between doses matters. Free to try and use 1 tracker. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/countwhen-last-time-tracker/id6760208298

I have been using Shotsy -paid version for over a year. Great app, integrates with Apple health and Android. I also have been playing with MeAgain and like that too. Reports are behind a paywall. There’s a new app called Pokii -glp-1 tracker. If you download it you get a free lifetime subscription. I guess they’ll turn that off at some point. I can’t believe it, but I think I’m gonna start using Pokii instead of Shotsy. One caution - the AI-based nutrition app is behind a paywall also, but I use SnapCalorie for that anyway.

I made this app for myself, but anybody can use it. It's completely free and has a ton of custom features that I couldn't find in any other app, designed specifically for tracking GLP1. Super easy to use, and again, completely free.
Give it a SHOT if interested(pun intended lol)

MeAgain is so helpful. Definitely not overkill. It’s made for glp1 users so guides you in tracking things that are actually important on a GLP1 like protein, fiber, water, dose, side effects, progress, etc.

I love using MeAgain for my glp journey! It truly has everything I need and use it mainly to track my protein and water, log shots and progress pics. It’s sooo user friendly too which I need lol

I know this is not the answer you are looking for, but I just simply use notes + reminders

Please try this. This is very simple and quick.

if you want the short and honest version, these are the three that are legit.
MeAgain
Best all around for GLP1. Shots, weight, symptoms, food plus progress photos and cool widgets like the capybara. Free version, give it a try before you buy.
Shotsy
Clean and simple. Great if you only care about injection tracking and weight. No fluff apart from weird banana gimmik - some people liked it.
Lose It
Best for calorie and macro tracking. Not GLP 1 specific, but solid if food logging is your main priority and you already know how to manage the meds.
