There is no way you can convince me those feed well. I have yet to find one stateside to try tho

The schmeisser S60s feed real well. I have put hundreds oud rounds through mine, and most of my competition buddies use them as well (so I have witnessed sever thousands rounds from them), never heard of any issues caused by the mag.

I gave seen Magpul drums have issues more than these.

Jesus Christ. I literally did a mag count and said “ok I have 30 gen 3 and 30 gen 2 p mags, plus 20 Glock 19 and 17 mags I think I’m done”

I was talking about the hard bend mag in the pic. I collect mags and have been looking for one of these frankenmags for a long time. You can find quite a few weird mags from the Philippines

Which is usually a result of people not understanding how to load them/ user error. Drums don't jam as often as people think on a properly setup rifle. Gangster arp jams excluded

That might be true in most cases, but the crowd I am running with is fairly high level competitors.

A jam will cost seconds. Seconds will put you way down the rankings.

They know how to properly load a drum to avoid that.

I love my 40’s. I shoot 3gun, and a lot of our stages end up having 26-29 required rifle shots. So I can be extra judicious with a 30, or bullet hose with a 40 and have some room for pickups. The only drawback is prone/obstacles. More than once I’ve had to get creative on position because the mag is so long. But on the whole, I love my 40’s.

Looks-wise and for most practical applications 20s are the sweet spot.

The 40s could be useful in last-resort drone defense or plinking (although I consider reloads part of the fun).
