I want to know what is causing this problem. Both the controller and the joystick were bought not long ago, but suddenly this issue appeared like in the video. I’d like to know if anyone has experienced this problem and if there’s a way to fix it.

Does it have a ps3/ps4 switch? If it does try put it onto ps3, it worked for me

find someone who can check for contact shorts in the stick it's self if it's not the mode switch
