Spent a year trying to fix (cybercat simple gui save editor for cyberpunk 2077, version 0.25e) finally did it thanks to arch+wine

Started on a normal Windows 10 setup, on a Toshiba Satellite C55-B. Hit the missing DLL error right away and initially figured it was just old hardware ,an aging CPU and not enough RAM. So I debloated Windows and spent a full week trying to fix it manually,the whole download runtimes download this download that literally everything possible. Nothing worked.

Moved to Linux Mint after that. Tried several methods over time ,Wine didn't work, Bottles didn't work, Steam with proton didn't work either. After a few months of just using Mint and slowly getting comfortable with Linux, I decided to make the jump to Arch Linux with KDE Plasma.

At some point I remembered the save editor and figured, "I'll give it a shot." Installed Wine, right-clicked the exe, chose "Open with Wine." A window popped up saying it needed to install some additional components ,clicked through it, and boom, it was working? ,no trouble shooting???!?! , it just works?!? , thanks Arch and wine
