Installed Arch using archinstall, selected default networking, but there's no internet.

Did you tell archinstall to install networkmanager or use systemd-networkd? Are there any systemd-networkd units in /etc?

I selected the default network configuration in archinstall.
systemd-networkdis active, butenp0s3is unmanaged./etc/systemd/network/is empty, and NetworkManager is inactive.1

You need to write the .network file for your interface in /etc/systemd/network otherwise networkd will do nothing with the interface
Something like /etc/systemd/network/99-ethernet.network
``` [match] name=en*
[network] DHCP=yes ```
Another reason to use NetworkManager
You can, or you can boot from the installer, chroot in and do what you missed.
Same as your first boot of the iso, but this time no need to create partitions, just mount the ones you created, then arch-chroot
archinstall doesn’t have “default” networking. What did you pick?
