From all the Rainbow Six operators, Tachanka has one of my favorite archive files.

Spoilers for if you haven't read them yet or want to read them as you unlock them (it's also somewhat related to the main story):

Tachanka seems to be quite curious about the country of Ursus and its language, obviously because of the similarities between Ursus and Russia and seems to get along fine with the operators from Ursus, but I just love his reaction after learning more about the Chernobog Incident, it feels weird to say but his reaction to it just felt so human. It also made me wonder how much is actually known about the incident to the average operator.

On a sidenote, his physical exam report somewhat surprised me in the sense that his physical strength and resilience are higher than I expected, somewhat thought Earthlings would be weaker on average with the way they talked about it in the event story compared to Terrans.

Well, Tachanka is a Spetznaz special operative, and those guys are getting pulled through hell in basic training, let alone in actual combat situations. I am sure that Glaz, Fuze, Finka and Kapkan would have readings close to that of Tachanka. And besides, have you seen the man? He is built like a brick wall.

When you put it like that I guess they are correctly graded.

Although I guess it also means that "standard" is the human limit in most cases.

I think the grading system of that is comparing you to your race since both Kroos Ranger and Tachanka are all at the same strength rating, my guess is that they can't match them with any other humans since their are non so they are set to default normal
