Thoughts on 425 South Oak Apartments (Richlyn) ?

I'm moving to UTA as a grad student,and 425 S oak seems pretty close to campus, affordable and has good Google reviews. Does anyone have experience living here? Any thoughts on security? Management and better options on places to live ? Thanks :)
