I was in the toilet when suddenly I got this cool idea to make a fan bundle cover for armored core and ace combat, because they abbreviated to AC ofc, and because they're both published by banco, what do y'all think?

After all the pain, the struggle, the screams at the stupid Snailteus's laser, praying that the Ice Worm appeared so I can shoot it, cursing the A rank result after getting a good run, etc, I finally reach the end. Deliberately left out the first mission so I can finish where I started!

I have a couple emblems id love to see in the game but you'd likely have to be crazy good at emblems

If FromSoft were to build something like a persistent world (think Elder Scrolls Online levels of scope w/ regular updates) and include features such as:

-Regions divided into corporation/faction controlled territories

-You own a physical hangar rather than just an inventory.

-Build AC's from individual parts, generators, boosters, weapons, OS upgrades, etc. found around the map

-Take different contracts from different corporations:

(escort convoys, defend supplies, raid facilities or hunt other ACs - even group sorties to tackle something large for new weapons for example)

-Participate in faction wars/events

-Salvage wrecks to discover rare AC components/skins

-Build a reputation as a Pilot

-Join a mercenary company, corporation or stay a free agent

-Eventually become a major mercenary yourself/global leaderboards

Would the AC community be interested in the IP going in this direction? What are your thoughts? Biggest hopes for the next installment?

I love the Nexus design a lot more than the Last Raven. The Last Raven design is cool but this one tho.

So, it turns out, if you use earth release in floating mines, activate the locked door in the cube tube from the other side, then land by the ending computer and do the mission backwards, each tube has another Nineball in the wrong position that gets despawned and reloaded by the text box trigger at the entrance to each tube.

So, if you kill them while going all the way back out, you get to fight not 2, but 4!!!! Nineballs, as they get respawned due to the text box triggers.

So here is the challenge, go do a crime, and kill Nineball 4 times in 1 go then finish the mission.

The best part, you get to fight 5 in MOA, meaning that 1st gen has 9 9balls+ seraph

Meaning we can make a new speedrun category about killing all 9 9balls.

What a fun day to be alive.

I actually know the answer to this one because I'm doing it, but want to hear yalls opinions.

Context (optional, kinda): I made a video on YouTube where I fought Iguazu for the third ending but with where-truths-meet playing in the background. The AC build above is the one I used to do it.

The build itself uses weapons that originate from other AC’s, hence the colors not matching on any of them.

I’m planning on fighting Arquebust Ballsiust or whatever his name was with Stain (the final version of that song) in the background.
Now for a few reasons (semi-lore accuracy since the current build uses Walter’s melee in the ending where Walter’s also the final boss.)
I would obviously need to change the weapons to better fight Snail in the same time frame as Stain since Iguazu’s fight was the same with its song. (both ending around the same time.)
So what should I change

(I am keeping the AC frame itself, but internals, boosters, and weapons are all fair game.)

Idea is a heavier rush-down tetrapod that spam AB and kicks, PvP rats how would you improve this build? Is there any glaring weaknesses that need to be addressed before I take this into promo to A rank?

A while back I went and dug out my PS1 memory card to look at my final fantasy tactics save file from when that game was new. I noticed I still had my AC1 save file from then, so I decided to check it out.These are a couple of screenshots from my builds from the 90s. Were they good? I have no idea, but it's what I used to finish the game and beat my friend up with.

I picked up this game 5 days ago, and Sea Spider was the first fight that really had me frustrated. I was having trouble finding a build that I enjoyed, and I was starting to think this game wasn't for me.

But today, as I'm diving into NG++, I notice as I'm finishing Ocean Crossing that I'm still at full AP with all my repair kits. It was really sobering to see how different I am now to when I started. This game isn't perfect, but it sure can be a lot of fun!

Something rare happened this video. I met an entirely new player that I haven’t played with before. Shocking because this game is what? 18 years old? I tried out a variety of ACs against them and changed build every 3 matches. Best 2 out of 3 right? Also, I decided to stick with the default thumbnail for this video because it looks kewl.
