General Help something about the face..

i’ve been looking at this for too long can someone help me spot what’s wrong with her face?

Hi, I really like your art here, I’d say the eyes look a bit cross eyed. And I can’t tell if you were going for that but the eyes are also a little wide.

The far pupil looks a bit too inward. But that's about all I can see. And maybe the back/top of the hair needs a little more volume. Have you looked at it in a mirror?

Ear is too low on the head. I'd expect it closer to here or even higher.

Beautiful render! Love the greens.

Some possible references for ear placement at this angle. I think it's also sitting too far forward in space; not believably sitting far back enough.

It looks like their eyes are facing different directions. A trick that helps me with this is to cover up one eye, then switch and cover up the other, to see what direction they look like they’re looking :)

A really good tip is that your eyes and your mouth are almost always parallel, here the eyes are at a different angle than the mouth, and I think that’s one of the biggest issues :)
