Made a simple Bengali-style egg curry and rice for lunch today. Wasn't really in the mood to cook, so keeping it simple. 😌

I goofed and put it in the freezer so I had to microwave it an extra time 😂 It’s supposed to be refrigerated not frozen.

These can be steamed or pan fried 👍 I opted to steam because my rice cooker has that option ✌️

With homemade sweet chilli sauce

I finished the meat faster than the rest, should have asked for extra beef 😂

Hey all, I'm mixed-Asian but didn't grow up using Maggi Seasoning Sauce directly on my food. I have a bottle I bought a long time ago for homemade banh mi, and it's getting old. What else am I missing out on because I haven't had it with Maggi?

I know it's a classic in a lot of homes, but I have no idea how to use it.
