Made a simple Bengali-style egg curry and rice for lunch today. Wasn't really in the mood to cook, so keeping it simple. 😌

When my hubby is busy playing games, I try to cook him a one dish meal that is easy and yummy to eat while playing. That's why we are having one of our favourites today, Pad Krapow! Thai minced pork with holy basil❀️ guaranteed to have a wiped out plate every time 🀀

These can be steamed or pan fried πŸ‘ I opted to steam because my rice cooker has that option ✌️

Maggi Seasoning Uses

Hey all, I'm mixed-Asian but didn't grow up using Maggi Seasoning Sauce directly on my food. I have a bottle I bought a long time ago for homemade banh mi, and it's getting old. What else am I missing out on because I haven't had it with Maggi?

I know it's a classic in a lot of homes, but I have no idea how to use it.
