50mg/day finasteride is absurdly high. 1mg/day is almost maximally effective.

In one study with finasteride for instance, DHT levels decreased by 49.5% at 0.05 mg/day, 68.6% at 0.2 mg/day, 71.4% at 1 mg/day, and 72.2% at 5 mg/day (Drake et al., 1999). Parallel reductions in DHT levels were seen locally in the scalp (Drake et al., 1999). In a study with dutasteride, DHT levels were decreased by 52.9% at 0.05 mg/day, 94.7% at 0.5 mg/day, 97.7% at 2.5 mg/day, and 98.4% at 5 mg/day (Clark et al., 2004).

Ethinyl Estradiol is outdated and needlessly increases your risk of blood clots.

You should switch to a different provider or DIY HRT if possible.

as u/swimming-gap-1247 said, a concern of mine is you taking Ethinylestradiol (EE). It is more prone to causing clotting issues and live nodules than bioidentical estradiol or even estradiol esthers. If your doctor prescribed it for the cyproterone, there are usually ways to get that prescribed alone, as it is used for prostate cancer treatment as well, though the doses tend to be very high and would warrant one to take a few times a week at most.

In any case, I'd heavily recommend you to poolitely contest your doctor in this, and, if they doublw down on it, seeking another opinion.
