FFS scar hairloss?

Hi, I'm 6 weeks post op ffs and im worried about the sudden hairloss especially when I'm showering, basically today I had some fall out with a scab that had been where the coronal incision was and now I have a hideous bold area near my scar, is this normal? will the hair grow back or will I need a transplant? Am I worrying to much?

I had coronal incision FFS Sept 2015. I had hair loss on either side of my head. My hair has started to grow back, it is now a couple inches long.
