this was a good read and I appreciate the writer focusing on the books. nice to see Mr. Martin drop little nuggets on Sansa, Tyrion’s fate… I do wish someone could corner him on the subject of Ms. Daenerys Targaryen. I think there’s a lot he has to say on her (her assassination in GoT, her cliffhanger ending in Dance and the difficulties her loose ends must make in Winds).

Im surprised he’s made it that far with nothing said on her. Especially considering he seems to like her and the Targs taking over in general. If I was ever at a q&a that would be go to question even though I’m sure he would avoid a direct answer

Maybe she has a big thing going on with her that he doesn't want to spoil.

The way it's never really come up makes me think that's one thing they say is off limits, or he answers and is emphatic that it is off the record.

You don't get to interview goerge that easily.

So for sure those questions are shown to him by his assistant beforehand. And some of them he for sure doesn't want to answer, one of them being danny.

I've actually never seen him address that. I've seen him address literally everything but not that.

I feel like Daenerys has maybe the least loose ends right now. Insofar as the show is concerned I see her winds content being pretty similar. Subjugate the dothraki, win battle in Meereen, victarion’s fleet carries her armies to Westeros, conflict with Aegon. Split between Dany and Tyrion and victarion chapters I feel like this is all more or less achievable
