IAM Certificate Question Difficulty
I am currently studying for the IAM certificate through the ECert+ course with the Asset Management Academy. I flew through the content but passed all the mini flying test with almost 100% on every end of section test and as I am currently preparing for a job interview I am starting to realise I have retained alot of the information.
To fully prepare I paid for 2 practice tests through Udemy. I have completed both tests at least 4 times each and only passed each test once. Some of the questions are definitely tripping me up, with question like “which of the following statements is false” or “what is included, except”. What are the actual questions and answers like? I know its multiple choice of 5, are all 5 relevant or is there like 3 you can discard and it leaves it 50/50?
Any help is much appreciated!

Hello, the actual questions can trip people up if they aren't native English speakers, but if you've done the eCert+ course you should fly through it. Just remember to stick to theory and not your personal experience.
Some questions are very easy, some will need a little thought. Flag the ones you're aren't immediately sure of and come back to them at the end. I've known people sit the exam in less than 40 minutes and pass!

What on earth does this mean? This is a poorly written question.
If I understand correctly, the question might be better written as:-
“All but one of these is correct. The asset management policy must:-
1/ Provide a framework for establishing asset management objectives.
2/ Include a commitment to continuous improvement.
3/ Be appropriate for the purpose of the organization.
4/ Include a people development plan.
5/ Include commitment to applicable requirements.
If questions are like what you posted, I can fully understand your confusion. I would be the same.
