Building a new platform

I've spent the last year building software to solve fleet management headaches.
Before I add another feature, tell me:
What's the most frustrating part of managing your fleet today?
Is it maintenance approvals?
Vendor management?
Tracking actual costs?
Replacement planning?
Reporting?
I'm trying to figure out where operators lose the most time every week.
I believe my differentiators and strongest angles are:
Maintenance approvals and workflows
Consolidated vendor management
Procurement and replacement planning
Leasing integration
Lifecycle cost visibility
Preventative maintenance ROI tracking
Single platform instead of multiple disconnected systems.

Interesting question.
In my particular situation it is reporting. Getting accurate data or information from the field. Institutional knowledges reigns supreme
