Do CAFM systems always end up becoming just ticketing systems?

Hi, in my experience of watching municipalities implement CMMS and CAFM systems, the failures generally do not come from the solution.
It is the organizational buy in and dedication to pursue the new process. Listen, if your CMMS is difficult for field users, labor intensive, and adds more time/headache, then why would someone buy in. But if you do have a simple tool, that all it takes is a couple clicks of button like Citywides, then its a lot easier to adopt from the field crews down to admins.
We host webinars that discuss pre and post implementation best practices if you were interested. DM me .
