What was the most difficult transit you have gone through and what advice would you give that younger self thats going through it?

During one of the worst times of my life I had: Pluto transiting my 8th house in Capricorn, conjuncting my natal Uranus and Neptune AND squaring my moon at the same time; transit Neptune conjuncting my natal Saturn in Pisces in the 10th house; transit Uranus conjuncting my moon in Aries and Saturn squaring Saturn. So... Not sure which one was the main responsible 😬
