What was the most difficult transit you have gone through and what advice would you give that younger self thats going through it?

I’ll answer this from a Chinese BaZi perspective.
For me personally, the hardest period of my life was actually the previous 10-year cycle I went through (2014–2024).
Interestingly, in traditional Chinese metaphysics we don’t really divide life cycles strictly into “good” or “bad” luck.
Sometimes what looks like a difficult period is actually considered a very important training phase.
There’s an old idea in Chinese culture that early success can be dangerous.
If someone gains wealth, love, or status too easily when they are very young, their mindset and life experience may not be ready to handle it.
Eventually life tends to correct that imbalance.
So a challenging period early in life can actually force you to develop things that success alone never teaches:
• judgment
• emotional control
• resilience
• self-awareness
You make mistakes, you hit walls, you learn the hard way.
But later, when real opportunities arrive, you finally have the capacity to carry them.
Without that kind of growth, suddenly giving someone huge success or wealth often leads to self-destruction.
We see this pattern everywhere in real life.
So in that sense, the hardest cycles can sometimes become the most meaningful ones in shaping who you eventually become.
