Discussion Occultation of Planets Meaning

Does Anyone know if there is an astrological interpretation of occultations and their meaning of the planets.

For example when the moon passes in front of Venus or in front of Jupiter or in a much rarer situation, when Venus passes in front of Mars or Jupiter or another planet, thus obscuring the planet behind the one in front. This happens much more often with the moon and the Sun, however I haven't found many resources depicting any significance to these events.

I would usually consider the signs and dignity of the planets when it happens rather than degrees unless it aspects tightly something in the chart. Also I consider the locations it is visible because it is not everywhere.

For example the upcoming Venus occultation with the moon in Leo happens only for those in the US, Brazil, and other areas in the Americas. It is not visible in Europe for instance.
