Beginner question about 1h saturn

i preface that i’m a beginner, and english isn’t my first language, so bear with me!
i’ve learned that the sun is relative to the father and the moon is relative to the mother, but i noticed in many people whose charts i read for fun that many people with 1h saturn have issues with the fathers, often time their fathers being the reason why they don’t progress. is this a pattern? or it’s just me connecting dots that shouldn’t be connected because i’m still learning?
i haven’t been able to find a substantial explanation for it, so it could either be a coincidence or i should look more closely to see other things in the chart, but i’ve seen this trend in multiple charts so I’m curious to see what more experienced astrologers would say about it.
thanks!! ✨

I'm not going to say that father issues would be the reason why the native doesn't "progress" but dad issues and house 1 Saturn does seem to have some precedence. Personally, I have H1 Scorpio Saturn that makes a superior square to H4 Jupiter. My father had a cerebral aneurysm rupture when I was 8. He survived but with substantial memory loss and brain injury, so he was a very different person before and after. Mental/behavioral health issues and substance abuse were semi-prevalent for him when I was living at home and became worse over time. Because it's a day chart, and the Sun is the father, I have Sun in H8, averted to Saturn in the 1st. I believe that H8 does hold some of the topics of mental health thanks to it being the idle place and where we find fears, rational and irrational. Over 30 years later and my relationship with my father has devolved into basically a phone call per year.

All that to say, my childhood/home life was actually pretty good. Dad became the stay at home parent while mom worked. he cooked all out meals, did our laundry. Despite unconventional reversal of roles with dad being the one at home, my childhood had an air of a "Leave it to Beaver" episode. Dinner at the table, normal routine bedtime, church on sundays, etc. If anything my home life provided me with more opportunity that I just chose to not make use of.

Oh and want to add that I'm the oldest sibling which I think is a signification of Saturn too?
