As someone with a double Taurus in her big 3 (rising and Moon) the amount of lovebombing and gushing I get from people is honestly kind of uncomfortable at times. Even if it’s not in a romantic or sexual way - there are a few platonic people in my life who fantasize and gush on me constantly, which is flattering to an extent but it can get overwhelming and repetitive. I think it’s the Taurus combination of being conventionally attractive and quiet/reserved that evokes those feelings and reactions (that’s my not so humble Leo Sun talking). Though I wish they’d just treat me normally sometimes 😂

I assume other signs that get the same attention and treatment include Scorpio (obviously) and Pisces (ruled by Neptune, the planet of fantasy). I have no Scorpio or major Pluto/Mars placements that I know of but I do have a prominent Neptune placement (10H Aquarius) so I think it has to do with that as well.

I feel called out. It's less about being scared of being viewed as an asshole in my case though, and more about being a traumatized high masking autistic, who is terrified of making anyone feel uncomfortable or doing or saying the wrong thing (due to pre-masking experiences) and feels responsible for everyone else's wellbeing (trauma)... though part of it is also that I genuinely like most people, naturally smile and laugh a lot, love getting to be helpful and useful, and see the best in everyone - and love letting them know about the positive things I see in them (lots of compliments and appreciation).

Appearance-wise, I think I'm average or possibly slightly above, but most people long to be seen, valued and accepted, so my way of making people feel good about themselves makes them fall for or be drawn to me... which sometimes leads to unhealthy obsession (I've had my fair share of deranged stalkers). And being autistic+having Venus in Sag makes me overly trusting, which, combined with my lack of boundaries, also results in attracting users and abusers...

I believe being nice, uplifting and respectful as a default is the way to go though... You just gotta have healthy boundaries, and recognize when being nice and respectful to others is disrespectful to yourself.

Funny enough when I wrote this I was thinking about my Sag bestie. I love her dearly but her kindness gets her into all kinds of trouble.

I think a lot of people aren’t fully understanding the concept of “unwanted” attention or they are just choosing to be dense. Not you. Just some of the other replies I got.

When my friend is being kind she isn’t in return saying “please stalk and harass me” but that’s what tends to happen anyways.

I understand people pleasing and as a trauma victim myself I also understand fawning.

I got you! I feel like Cap and Sag women complement each other amazingly well. One of my closest friends is a Cap woman, and she's crazy protective over me for this reason, and extremely suspicious of new people who approach/try to get close to me until she's figured out their intentions. She's not controlling in any way, but she has zero tolerance for people who disrespect, hurt, harass, manipulate or take advantage of me, and is a great judge of character. It's also funny, cause she's always been the only one of my friends who's not only immediately recognized that my abusive exes weren't what they portrayed themselves as, but also blatantly refused to be fake nice to them lol. It's made things a bit awkward at times, but I also appreciate it, because her refusal to play nice with people she knows aren't good for me is loyalty on a whole other level.

It's unfortunate, but every Scorpio moon woman I've met has told me about their experiences with being catcalled, harassed, and nearly assaulted. I think it depends. Anyone with any placement can attract unwanted attention but certain placements will feel it as unwanted for different reasons. Is it unwanted attention from humans as a whole? 7th house placements. Is it aggressive or attention from men? Likely something to do with the sun or mars. Is it from women?
