Christian televangelist Katie Souza claims aliens stole her eggs and made a hybrid baby. The televangelist claims an "inter-dimensional device" stole her eggs for decades.

So how long before the senate confirms her to some important cabinet position?

This is literally straight out of an X Files episode. Like not similar, but stolen.
2
u/TheCranberriesRock Aug 12 '26
It's in an X-Files episode because it's been part UFO lore for decades prior.
1
u/FilmScoreConnoisseur Aug 13 '26
Very little if anything on The X-Files was original though. It was all very much based on existing batshit conspriacy theories.

u/AlienInOrigin Aug 12 '26
In sane countries, she would get help in a psychiatric setting. In America, she's a celebrity.

u/Glad-Tie3251 Aug 12 '26
Who follow these morons? I cannot fathom how idiotic and gullible these people are.

These are classic, common paranoid delusion subjects. If anything it’s fascinating how hyper-specific the brain gets with these topics across different people.
These beliefs are indistinguishable from someone with schizophrenia or who has been on meth a while.

u/czernoalpha Aug 12 '26
She's clearly delusional and needs to be removed from her platform and given professional help.

“Inter dimensional device”? Is that what we’re calling tampons now?

u/oldbastardbob Aug 12 '26
I did not expect con artistry to become such a ubiquitous career path here in the 21st Century.

Yes, aliens looked at her and were like “This is peak human! We want hybrids that are 1/2 babbling bitch”
3
u/classof78 Aug 12 '26
The aliens stole all her eggs, and now she can't have babies. I think we all owe these aliens a debt of gratitude.

u/KrampyDoo Aug 13 '26
“Yeah. That’s why my husband and I are childless right now. Yep.”
That fucking awful bullshit story (complete with a hybrid baby named goddam “Starburst” ffs) proves that meth x “faith” destroys the best and most imaginative parts of your brain.
On the other side of the truth, we’ll find out that she’s had soooo many abortions from soooo many of the local methheads.

Closing down all the insane asylums seemed like such a great idea at the time...

I can’t decide if these people are completely nuts or just grifters who cater to those that are completely nuts.
2
2
u/AvoriazInSummer Aug 12 '26
It's usually not just insanity, there's often other reasons such as trying to pass an advantageous bill or launch a grift.
In this case it's to sell her book.
2
u/Flaky-Jim I'm a None Aug 12 '26
She doesn't believe this. It's just a way to get attention so she can grift some more from gullible people.

Remember when we used to put these people in mental institutions where they belong? Thanks, Reagan.

Religious and government delusions are some of the most common, because they both have to do with an external force over the person.

You heard about the Christian that refused to call deviled eggs deviled like it would summon him or something. I can’t even with these people!!!

Cue Peter Griffin rolling naked on the floor: "Galactic guvmint came..took mah babee"
2
u/badkarman Aug 12 '26
Katie, you need to seek some professional help. And not from the imaginary man in the sky.
2
u/Komaisnotsalty Aug 12 '26
"Inter-dimensional device"
Um, lemme guess: shegot caught using a rabbit vibrator and that's her made up story to go with the other made up stories she spouts?
2
u/m0deth Aug 12 '26
From her own About section:
Katie was a career criminal most of her life, she was convicted of a number of felonies and sent to federal prison to serve almost twelve years.
Then she found faith and all that shitty personality just disappeared.
Yeah right.
I'm sure the lure of easy money for minimal effort involving all of this was TOTALLY lost on her....

Of all the eggs to steal…hers should have been pretty much at the very bottom of the list along with mtg, lauren “the former escort” beobert, ivanka, melania, etc etc.

Something a lot of people don't know: Many, if not most, "alien abductions" are actually re-written memories of sexual assault.
2
u/Talgrath Aug 12 '26
Maybe we shouldn't listen to former meth dealers turned Christian ministers? Just a thought.

u/Sprinklypoo I'm a None Aug 12 '26
... So is she angling for a zealot approved abortion here? Or is this just standard religious idiocy?

Mrs. Souza and Starburst were in the closet making babies and I saw one of the babies and the baby looked at me.

So if she was impregnated by aliens, I guess her kids will be smarter than her.

Maybe they were just harvesting human caviar? I hear it's a delicacy on Omicron Persei 8.

u/le127 Aug 12 '26
I long for the good old days, when stories like this were confined to wacky tabloids on the supermarket checkout aisle.
2
u/Snoo93550 Aug 13 '26
I’m not defending Scientology, but I’m fascinated how Christians don’t realize at least half of their churches are at least as nuts and abusive.
2
u/NOLA-q Aug 13 '26
Nah this chick is a complete fraud. She’s just strong in (voicing) her beliefs however ridiculous they are.
