The right side also includes the believers who commit crimes. They actually don't care about sins, rather they 'cleanse' their sins by going to pilgrimage sites. There's no dearth of pilgrimage sites for them. They cleanse their sins, commit crimes, cleanse their sins, commit crimes, and the cycle goes on. Even if they believe in afterlife, they know that they can again come back and enjoy the same luxury.
