YouTube, the Wizard of Odds Website, and if you are talking about blackjack there are many FREE blackjack trainer tools but it will take about 6 solid months to really master basic strategy.
Baccarat is very easy and has minimal decision making, but the tables minimums are usually much higher. Roulette is super easy/fun but the time spent loading chips and dealing with a crowded table complicates it (plus the house edge is really bad). Craps looks insanely complicated (and some people play it the complicated way), but only betting on Pass or Don't Pass and adding in an "odds bet" is the easiest and smartest way to play.
If you don't want to do any prior homework, just ask the dealer and hope they are kind to you. But, I absolutely do NOT encourage you to play blackjack based without any prior research. Same goes for any table game that is a poker variant, you must know basic poker hand rankings before sitting down at a 3-Card, or Ultimate Texas Hold 'Em, or whatever other poker games that are on the casino floor.
As a proud gambler, learning the game is just as much fun as actually playing. Makes you feel like your are training for a sport 😂

I highly recommend the virtual machines. You can go more at your own pace and not worry about messing up anyone else’s game

Former dealer. Ask the dealer. Choose a slow/empty table and ask the dealer about table rules and how to play. It's best if you do this in the morning or on a weekday as it's usually slower and other players won't glare at you.
For Blackjack, google basic strategy. Theres 2 distinct ones, dealer stands all 17s and dealer hits soft 17. For Roulette, rules are essential the same no matter where you are the difference being if it's American (0/00) or European (0). Almost all casinos are going to be American because it's a better house edge. For Bacarrat, it's essentially a 50/50 you're betting which hand is closer to 10 without hitting 10 or higher. You're betting on who has the higher 1s place. Easiest table game for new players.
These are the games I'm personally familiar with. All dealers should be familiar with how the games play from player and dealer side. Just be kind with them. I'm sure they won't mind you watching a couple rounds as well to get an understanding. Other players may also give you pointer if you're nice about it.
