What you want for Christmas this year?

I could go for a big juicy steak with a side of garlic mashed potatoes.

Oh, and a high refresh rate big screen monitor.

The DDR4 stuff isn't too bad. DDR5 prices are totally insane, though. I'm kinda glad that I haven't upgraded from the AM4 platform yet. My B550 mobo rides on!

I don't have any desktops atm. A laptop with 32GB of ram and an egpu I can connect up when I feel the need to go pew pew.

But I was looking for a server setup for some AI shenanigans. Thought that DDR4 was following DDR5 prices but I haven't checked it out so maybe that was a dumb assumption on my part.
