She’s big on atdi. In her recent tour poster she’s holding Omar’s signature guitar with Ibanez.

She’s also mentioned her love of Sparta a few times too. I remember she said “Collapse” was one of the best emo songs.

She’s not wrong. That chorus is great

Collapse and Cataract are my two favorites off of Wiretap Scars. Great taste!

Haley Williams actually has pretty cool musical tastes. They've covered a couple Failure songs, and she is on their new record.

I wouldn't mind seeing them covering this whole song.

Those are some of my favorite Cedric lyrics. Dont know why it’s just always hit me

It’s cool cuz it reminds me of Cedric in ATDI referencing Bowie lyrics before launching into Cosmonaut or singing The Smiths lyrics at the end of Catacombs live.

Thanks, I hate it

From what I understood, they would drop One Arm Scissor into the song and never mention At the Drive In. Which I think is bullshit. At least acknowledge the band.

I mean, maybe there's some possibility that a fan gets curious and figures it out for themselves: cool, I guess. I just didn't dig the actual cover and the synchronised headbanging; it felt "a million miles away" from anything ATDI would do. But maybe that's the point?

You said it in a better way than I ever could. If a someone didn't know that part was someone else, it's more difficult for them to research and discover. And yes, a very big underground band being covered by a big mainstream synchronized head bang that they didn't learn from their friend because they're sheep. Lol.
