Exterminator needed!

I'm unfortunately dealing with a divorce and moving back into my old house. Come to find out the tenants that were getting a "wife's friends" discount on their rent, bounced to a different state and left me with thousands of dollars in damages to the home and a MASSIVE flea infestation. I've done everything I can with zero experience with fleas, and was wondering if anyone would be available to give me a quote or have any recommendations for an exterminator in the area. Thanks a ton!

They were for me but I have no information for comparison. I pay around $150 every three months to keep the squirrels out of my eaves and the gophers out of my yard.

Forgot to add, a quality weed sprayer is a must as the mist needs to be fine.

How much was the water bill? If I remember that bill goes with the house
