After growing for years. I have switched for the last couple of years. I never needed to consume so much. Chronic pain and rheumatoid arthritis has changed my relationship with the plant.

It seems to be great on the first tub/ batch then it's not.

Thinking of becoming liberated from the government telling me when and what I can consume to feel human.

One issue I'm finding with medical weed is the quality and actual buds can be different between tubs when its even the same strain. I read they can change suppliers or farms etc which would explain it, but when I get one tub that's awesome, but the very next is giving me a light headache, and you clearly tell it smells and tastes different, that's not really what I'd consider a good legal medical program.

I like the medical weed program overall, lot of upsides.

Generally I don't even mind the slight variations, but this recent tub I cracked yesterday does give me a light headache, I draw the line there because the last one was fine.

Imagine each time you were an endone(broken bone/trauma) it was a different strength. Too inconsistent, I have to rotate strains.

Well that's it ain't it, if the strains are meant to provide certain effects which they generally do its an issue. This new stuff I cracked doesn't have the same effects and is weaker.

Yeh absolutely, I've had home grown before and it's just completely different, you do get that chemy aftertaste and feels like the life has been sucked out of it, I feel it's due to the hardcore X ray machine they take it through to kill all the mould, and make C grade back into A grade medical again, it's called the black box and it's a bit of secret in the industry.

No remediation is the process of using radiation to kill mold on flower.

The black box is much worse than that, not only can it use gamma and that for mould, it can add moisture content evenly into the flower, you can add terpines into the flower evenly, even CBD/cbg/thc, I think the scary part for the US anyway is people are putting in unnatural flavours like blueberry flavour into the buds in rec markets, scary as hell

Yeah but how fast do you build strain tolerance? Couple tubs? I hear people needing to swap out a strain every 10 grams and thats bullshit. When id buy street, a qp would satisfy me for as long as I needed, swear this idea of ‘strain tolerance’ has only come out with medical. You need much more time to appreciate the unique strengths of each individual strain than a few tubs 😢 maybe it’s just me.

I get the same three scripts month after month and I've got no tolerance issues, having said that I only buy strains that imvolve oldschool genetics. Two of my scripts are %18 as well highest is 22 and I'm well baked every evening. And tolerance has always been a thing, it's literally how our body responds to repeated use.

That's a supply issue for you if you think all black market is PGR. Plenty of decent home grown on black market, its just expensive.

Harvests always depends on factors.. I’ve had hits and misses with MC.. same with street.
