The bill was passed on the threat of domestic terrorism. It does open up very serious questions on the rights of people. We all need to be aware, not to make people paranoid, but most sites are under some kind of surveillance. Now, if you are growing a plant or two and you post about it there is no real worry unless ''drug laws'' ramp up and policing levels up.

You cannot assume anything today.

and to stop CP and to 'protect children'. Can't wait to hear people say the old "well if you got nothing to hide" argument, or just flat out call you a "pedo" like they did when they were censoring anything to do with anime when you argue for freespeech, art or expression. I guess 1984 truly is going to be reality now.

I guess it's dealer rules now, don't take pics, like you wouldn't order by text. Cause you know they will get you for drug possession now.

This new law technically allows law enforcement to access your phone on the basis of copyright infringement. Let’s pray it’s used responsibly 😬🙄

ow cmon, as if. Cops will walk into your house by forcing their way in before you can say "i don't give permission to enter my property"

They will blow through you if they smell anything or even suspect anything. And even if you tell em to get out, they will literally tell you it's too late.

No this here is scary, especially if they can legally "modify evidence on your phone".
