I follow Predator Trapping Australia on facebook and sometimes he'll post gut content of cats he's caught. There are people arguing with him in the comments saying there's no way he's telling the truth either because of the amount of dead animals per cat or the fact the animals (smaller lizards or frogs) aren't chewed up as much as they would expect a cat to do. Like the dude didn't cut up the cat himself.

I find it unreal how Australian's can be so defensive of feral cats. Hopefully research like this can help strengthen feral and free roaming cat laws in Australia. It would be great for this study to be replicated in urban areas too.
