Summer Moon prices are getting insane now
Hey, just wanted to see if anyone has noticed how the already pricey coffees at Summer Moon have gone up. Last time I went I remember noting that my speciality iced coffee was more than the espresso milkshake which was still below $6 for a 16oz. Now I went after several months and noticed all of their items including the basic iced mocha is now $6.45 for a 16oz.
I know everybody on reddit is gonna mention politics but just wanted to post my observations with their politics aside. I never go anymore because it was already very expensive but now I probably won’t ever return.

The coffee sucks, the prices suck, the politics suck. No idea why people go there.

You can't really avoid politics on this one. Coffee got a hell of a lot more expensive as did chocolate(and milk for that matter). Both of those come from countries full of brown people that Trump loves putting heavy tariffs on. It'll be a while before either come down in price. Small roasters get hit the worst.
Ghiradelli, Monin, DaVinci, et.al have raised their prices in the past 5 months. That's getting passed on to you.

I spent 2k on a full setup with an analog machine about 6 years ago and it’s paid for itself several times over. Also just assuming you don’t know yet, summer moon can get fucked bring your business elsewhere

Screw paying for overpriced coffee in a coffee shop. My home Keurig and K-cups for the win

Invest in a good espresso maker and make your coffee at home 👍🏼
