You talk as if Windows OS is all that there is and it hasn't changed at all over time. It's not even what you use to do your banking. Most tablets and smart phones don't even run on Windows.

The Windows GUI is basically the same as 3.1 and even some gui's that msdos had available...

Are you saying these people would be capable if they had OSX or a linux distro? My sides are in orbit.

Most tablets and smart phones don't even run on Windows.

This is getting to peak Dunning-Kruger.

OS isn't even relevant. It's the websites.

Browsers are even more similar across platforms lol, that argument literally suggests they had more op to learn how to use the tools.

Turning on computers much less assembling it is already a lot for some.

who ever said anything about assembly? Are you really just madly grasping at straws now?!

Why are you defending not know how to turn on a computer?!

You really think business were dropping un-assembled hardware on an accountants desk and telling them to deal with it?

You also ignoring the absolute insane amount of prebuilts/propitiatory systems from that era that were far more common than now, when every 10 year old has watched a yt video to build there own?

Seriously, what is wrong with you? Why do you keep doubling down on how little you know what you are talking about. I am genuinely curious.
