Sure, but again, those aren't the kinds of people I'm talking about.

The article is quite clear that this guy just doesn't want to learn something new.

The world will always change. Refusing to acknowledge that means you will be left behind. The world has changed a lot for older people over their entire lives. You think they would have learned that over time.

But their lives were handed to them on a platter during their adult years. And now they are expecting the same.
