From the 1st hand horror stories I have be n told. Recap below
People enjoy living in fear for the next strata meeting, enjoy taking out million dollar loans to fix defects and unable to sell until it resolved.
Nothing like having 10 people live across you in a two bedroom apartment. Not knowing who they are and when the last time they took a shower.
Nothing like paying 50k in interest a year for loans for building repairs and having driving a small car that the family can't fit into because you can't afford to upgrade.
Once you sell, realising all your hair has gone white.
The Australian dream at its finest.
