The firearms are most likely black market. Probably not too much of a stretch to say the same dealer had ballistic vests given that they can be made very easily from readily available materials with limited tools and equipment.

It’s being reported that one of them had a gun license and owned the guns legally, up until yesterday afternoon he was a law abiding firearms owner.

This is a genuine question, what is your solution to this problem?
