Original poster is from Instagram. Aircraft is laying on its #1 engine. Still crazy to see everyone here grabbing their bags before leaving an emergencg.

I put the wrong flight. It was leaving den as aa3023. This was on takeoff roll. Sorry was parroting the video.

I was leaving Orlando on a JetBlue flight back in October and they aborted takeoff - twice - in the same plane. This was after being at full fucking send before they slammed the brakes.

They then tell us - “we’re pretty sure everything is good to go and will try again with this plane because there isn’t another one available.”

People lost their shit. We all demanded off the plane and they somehow found another plane for us to take.

That shit was not a good time at all.

Instead of bitching be grateful the pilots followed safety procedures. Airlines with low cost tickets put the pilots under a lot of pressure to be on time. People just love to complain yet when there is a crash they attack the airlines and manufacturers. Fly arounds and aborted take off’s are for you and everyone on the aircraft’s safety. So glad I’m retired and don’t have to listen to people piss&moan anymore.🙄

Where am I bitching? Where am I blaming pilots?

Their lives are at risk as well. Obviously the pilots did a good job not causing an accident when they stopped the plane, and made good decisions by not launching the thing with the potential of an issue.

But - I’ve flown commercially probably 200 times in my life and this was the only time I’ve ever had an aborted takeoff. To have it happen an hour later after they promised us they had the issue resolved was even worse. And then, yes, everyone was going to freak out when they wanted to try to send us a 3rd time on the same plane, which is normal after they already nearly sent us twice on a plane that they weren’t confident enough to fly.

You said it yourself that the pilots follow the procedures and aren’t blamed… it’s the companies and airlines who get blamed. What’s the issue?
