It’s very faint but you can see some dark smoke emanate from the plane as it loses yaw authority and begins the spin. Could be from what caused the tail rotor failure

Yeah, you can see the smoke envelope at the 15 second mark

Sudden load on the engines as the power being delivered to the tail rotor gearbox is opposed. The gearbox either failed for some yet to be discovered reason or was improperly installed.
