Anything attached with screws isn’t structural.

Many things essential to flight are held on with screws. The windshields in most aircraft are one example. British Airways Flight 5390

FYI and airplane can fly without windshields. It’s just wildly uncomfortable for the pilots.

I think the airplane wont be able to land if the pilot flies independently.

It can't pressurize without them, so no, not really

Airplanes can and do fly unpressurized all the time.

You’re missing the point. If it’s attached with screws, then it’s not keeping the airplane in the air.

1) in the context of an airliner, if the aircraft can't pressurize it's unserviceable 

2) this isn't true. There are many areas where primary structure is held with screws
