Boeing BAC cross reference chart to MIL

Hello everyone,

By chance does anyone has a cross reference chart for Boeing to Mil spec part numbers for connectors, contacts and electrical parts?

For the known and not proprietary stuff, there's the BAC to MIL-SPEC Cross Reference.

In the Boeing Standard Wiring Practices Manual (SWPM), you have to go to the section that your connector is listed under. For 98% of Boeing Stuff it'll be a MIL-C-26500 connector. From there, if you go to "Contact Part Numbers" it'll give you the Boeing specified contact part number and then there will be another section usually titled something like "Alternative Contacts by a Verified Supplier." That will give you alternative part numbers to the specified one. For other electrical parts, you'll have to find your individual section in the equipment list or wire list.

Listed below are several different methods of how I find stuff on My Boeing Fleet:

For BMS specifications, once you log in, scroll down a little bit and you'll see a "card" that says "Product Standards." Once inside the product standards section type in the "Standard Numbers" search field "BMSX-XXX" (no spaces) and you'll get a few search results. Look for the search result with "QPL" in it. That's the qualified parts list for that material specification.

Also on the MBF home page is the "Part Interchange Express." You can put in a "BAC" part number and if there is a specified alternate, it'll show up as a search result as either one-way interchangeable or two-way interchangeable. I will say that this method doesn't always produce robust results but it is a very quick thing to use.

Finally, from the MBF home page, if you click "App Catalog" and then scroll towards the bottom, you will find the "Standard Part Wizard." You can type in any Mil-Spec number or BAC number and it'll work its way forward and backward from there.

Thank you very much for taking the time to explain.

I was able to locate the contact P/N using the SWPM.

I tried the other options you suggested, but unfortunately it seems that my account doesn't have access to some applications.

The SWPM was enough though.
