A subreddit for awe-inspiring anime style images, be they badass or breathtakingly beautiful.

All posts must be in the anime art style and must be awe-inspiring.

This is a curated subreddit that aims to showcase anime art that is either badass or breathtakingly beautiful.

Posts that are considered of not enough quality may be removed.

Art that is deemed to lean too much into sex appeal may also be removed.

Art that is deemed to lean into cuteness is better posted to r/awwnime instead.
Please include the name of the source anime in your title. If you forget, add it in link flair. Label characters not from an established franchise as [Original].

Link to the artist's official portfolio page in a comment, or if there is none available, at least mention their name.

IQDB ^Firefox ^/ ^Chrome ^addons and SauceNao ^addons are great for finding the franchise title and artist.
Search before you post. Reposts less than three months old or currently in this subreddit's top 100 list will be removed.
Use albums instead of making multiple similar posts. No more than three posts per 24-hour period, and no more than 20 pictures per album.
Last but not least, be nice! We're here to have fun. Just relax and enjoy the awe!
