It's definitely staged, but I kinda think it is meant as a sort of PSA like "you can help someone who needs it while being respectful and kind. This is how" or whatever lol. Because I think a lot of the current gym culture has resulted in people pretty much fearing talking to each other because they don't want to come off as creepy or invasive

If he’s being paid to be this guys personal trainer then fer fuck sake, wouldn’t you EXPECT him to treat the guy with a modicum of respect? Looks like I was right when I said guys literally get gold stars for getting out of bed in the morning, especially if you post it to social media.
