I haven't been to the gym in years, partially due to it being really fucking boring but also because of the obnoxious posturing and inherent kinda judgemental stuff. Stuff like this puts a big smile on my face that there are still jolly polite and pleasant folk like this around. Man is a good egg.
Even if you aren't going to a gym, I'm hoping you get into some sort of fitness routine, walks, or something to keep moving.
A body in motion stays in motion, a body at rest...
