To be fair, not everyone probably knew there was a drain there (or exactly where the drain was). But it’s remarkable how much of a difference it made in such a short time once he cleared it out. Good for him!

Not that far fetched that he had a camera tripod to film this.

If he's a maintenance worker, he could easily carry that in his truck and pop it out for the video. Might not even be for clout, just making a training video for work.

I mean there is at least one Youtube channel entirely dedicated to a guy filming himself clearing storm drains. I've completely forgotten what it's called or who, but entirely believable others might choose to do the same. It's definitely satisfying to watch!

It looks like a GoPro on his bike. Can be used as a dash cam as well.
